Our Executive Chef has curated exclusive sharing-style menus with 5 courses, featuring decadent dishes such as A5 wagyu sirloin with Baerii caviar, Scottish halibut with Latina-style bouillabaisse, tiger prawns & mussels, Chilean Wagyu fillet with black truffle glaze & more.
For those who want to pair this with a bottle of Dom Perignon or if you prefer, Ruinart R Champagne (shared between two) whilst enjoying the atmosphere of the main dining room as our bands, Banda Ipanema & Flo Collective, play Brazilian disco classics.

From 11pm until the early hours, access all areas, with DJ Natasha Diggs turning up the heat in The Lounge, Flo-Collective adding disco anthems to The Dining Room, and DJ Tony Cortez keeping the party going strong in OCTO and don’t forget to raise a glass of Champagne to toast the New Year in style.

Our Early Evening Menu offers specially crafted dishes perfect for sharing, from classic favourites like Pão de Queijo to new delights like Diver scallops with winter leaves and zesty citrus dressing. A DJ renowned for her versatility and esteemed reputation, Natasha Diggs will be coming in hot from NYC to take over The Lounge until the early hours. Part of the Glitterbox family, and the official DJ of Lauryn Hill, she’s a force to be reckoned with. A trusted party starter who you can expect will be bringing all the Disco, House & Afro-Brazilian vibes.
Live Disco Bands
Join us for an electrifying evening, starting at 6pm with the vibrant sounds of Banda Ipanema, a dynamic four-piece Brazilian band, performing live in The Dining Room. As the night unfolds, get ready to groove to the infectious beats of Flo Collective as they take to the stage, treating you to a fantastic lineup of disco classics.
Resident DJs
Our resident DJs Andy Faisca, Tony Cortez & Trys will kick off the evening in The Lounge with groovy elec-tropical beats starting at 7:30 pm. Then DJ Natasha Diggs takes over the decks, turning up the heat late into the night.

100% pre-payment will be required for all reservations upon confirmation and non-refundable 7 days prior to the 31st December.
Service Charge
All our packages are inclusive of VAT, excluding 15% service charge.

Please kindly note that children under the age of 18 years old will not be permitted for a reservation time after 19:30.
