TERMS OF USE AMAZONICO® VOUCHER
Voucher Validity
- Valid only for redeeming an experience at AMAZONICO® MADRID restaurant.
- Cannot be used at THE JUNGLE JAZZ CLUB or other AMAZONICO® restaurants.
- Valid from Monday to Sunday during the restaurant’s regular hours.
Value and Terms of Use
- Minimum value: €150.
- Non-refundable and non-exchangeable for other products or services.
- Cannot be combined with offers, promotions, or discounts.
- Unused balance is non-refundable and non-claimable.
- If the bill exceeds the voucher value, the client must pay the difference.
Voucher Purchase
- Available exclusively through the link provided on the restaurant’s website.
- A valid email address and a credit card are required for the purchase.
- After purchase, a confirmation email with the digital voucher and a unique one-time-use code will be sent.

Reservation and Voucher Redemption
- A reservation is required and subject to availability.
- The voucher must be presented either digitally or printed at the time of payment.
Voucher Usage
- Single-use only.
- Preloaded amount cannot be split for multiple visits.
Right of Withdrawal
- The purchaser may cancel the purchase within 14 days from the effective purchase date.
- To request a cancellation, contact:

with the subject “DIGITAL VOUCHER REFUND”.
- The refund will be processed using the same card used for the purchase.
