• The AMAZONICO® gift card (hereinafter, the voucher) is valid only for redemption for an experience at the AMAZONICO® restaurant in Madrid (hereinafter, AMAZONICO® MADRID) from Monday to Sunday during the restaurant’s regular operating hours. The restaurant is owned by El GOURMET DE JORGE JUAN S.L., with tax ID B-86974078 and registered office at C/Jorge Juan 19, 28001 Madrid, Spain. Its use and enjoyment at THE JUNGLE JAZZ CLUB or other AMAZONICO® restaurants are expressly excluded.
• The AMAZONICO® voucher has a minimum value of €150, which can be redeemed for lunch or dinner at AMAZONICO® MADRID equal to or exceeding the economic value of the voucher. The voucher is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for any other product or service. AMAZONICO® MADRID reserves the right to change the offered products depending on seasonality and/or menu updates. AMAZONICO® MADRID reserves the right to make these changes without prior notice.
• The AMAZONICO® digital voucher can be purchased through the link provided for this purpose on the restaurant’s website. To complete the purchase, a valid email address must be provided, along with the bank card to process the payment. Once the purchase is finalized, the gift can be personalized by specifying the recipient’s name. After the purchase, an email confirming the purchase will be sent to the buyer, attaching the digital voucher containing a unique single-use code to be redeemed at the time of payment at the restaurant. In the event that the buyer and/or the specified beneficiary does not receive the confirmation email with the digital voucher after the purchase, please contact the following email address: sala.amazonico@grupoparaguas.com. AMAZONICO® MADRID will not be held responsible for inconveniences caused by incorrect information and/or data provided by the buyer; however, reasonable efforts will be made to resolve the situation.
• To redeem the voucher, a reservation must be made subject to the restaurant’s availability, and the voucher must be presented either electronically via a device or as a printed copy at the time of payment.
• The voucher is single-use, and the preloaded amount cannot be split or divided for later use. If the restaurant bill is less than the voucher value, the unused balance will not be refundable or claimable. If the restaurant bill exceeds the voucher value, the customer (either the voucher purchaser or the beneficiary) must pay the difference at that time.
• Right of withdrawal: The buyer may withdraw from the voucher purchase and obtain a refund within 14 days of the purchase, provided that the voucher has not been redeemed. For this purpose, the purchase will be considered completed when the confirmation email has been sent (hereinafter, the effective purchase date). The right of withdrawal may only be exercised by the buyer, who must send a communication within 14 days from the effective purchase date to the following email address: clientes@grupoparaguas.com with the subject “DIGITAL VOUCHER REFUND,” informing of the withdrawal and requesting the refund. The amount paid will be refunded to the same card used for the purchase. The right of withdrawal will be considered effectively exercised once the request has been sent to the indicated email address within 14 days of the effective purchase date.
• The vouchers are valid for 12 months from the effective purchase date. After this period, their use and enjoyment will no longer be possible, and the preloaded amounts will not be claimable. The experience linked to the voucher’s use cannot be combined with other offers, promotions, or discounts from the restaurant.
• AMAZONICO® MADRID will only be responsible for redeeming vouchers with a valid unique code purchased through its website, within the validity period, and not previously used and/or redeemed. Any voucher obtained illicitly will be void, cannot be used at the restaurant, and its value will not be refunded.
• AMAZONICO® MADRID is not responsible for the loss or theft of vouchers that have not been redeemed. It will be assumed that the holder of the voucher seeking to redeem, use, and enjoy it is the purchaser and/or beneficiary of the voucher.
• AMAZONICO® is the owner of the trademarks, designs, and industrial and/or intellectual property rights associated with the voucher. Therefore, the vouchers may not be used by third parties for promotional or advertising purposes without prior authorization from the owner.
• The data provided during the purchase process will be processed by El GOURMET DE JORGE JUAN S.L. for the purpose of managing the purchase and enjoyment of the voucher at the AMAZONICO® MADRID restaurant, with the legal basis being the execution of the contract. The buyer guarantees they have the consent of the voucher beneficiary for providing their data and is responsible for any claims made by third parties in this regard. The data will not be shared with any third parties and will only be retained for the purposes of sending and managing the voucher.
